My friends and I are currently using a great system that is along the lines of a liquid diet. I use it to feel healthier since my weight isn't a problem, and they've shed excess pounds with it. Remember anything anyone offers you can only help you lose weight if its excess.
Anyway, about the system, it involves delicious meal replacement shakes. These shakes are very high in vitamins and minerals and anything your body needs. Since they satisfy your nutritional cravings, they give you a feeling of fullness with much less calories than a meal. You still eat a meal a day though. More importantly, however, they are detoxifying. They contain all the good stuff people claim to help clean out toxins from your body, like ginseng and cayenne. The system also involves some fasting days a month, where you drink nothing but a wonderful concoction of antioxidants and vitamins (its anything but malnutritious). Together, these components clear out toxins in your body that not only store in fat cells, but inhibit your natural metabolic process. You'll feel healthier, lose excess pounds, and gain much needed energy. Contact me at jdplamenac@yahoo.com, I'll tell you all about it and how to get it (free even). Anyone is welcome to email me.

Maximum energy burn, that is lots of exercise, and about 1000 calories a day. Your weight should drop like a rock. However, on the rebound, you'll get it all back, and even more. A gradual loss would be best. Control your intake of calories, and keep the burn up to be more calories used than what you take in until you are at the weight you desire, and then balance burn with intake.

2 weeks! YIKES.... since its only 2 weeks, it will take some disciplin and it may not be the healthiest, but only two weeks wont hurt! OKAY Here we go.... Run/jog or skip EVERY morning and evening for about 30 mins (except sundays...or one day of choice to let ur muscles recouperate) (dont forget to stretch! Eat no Carbs (bread, pasta), except 1 cup of high fibre cereal with soy milk each morning to get the metabolism going. Drink lots of water and green tea, with lemon or lime to flush toxins and zap fat. eat raw veggies and fruits, and dont eat any meat, just have plain tuna (try it with honey mustard, its actually really yummy, as grosse as it sounds!) This should flush off a few pounds!

Steak and oranges. Juice included. But in moderation. That doesn't mean eat til you can't eat no more. Got the munchies? Eat an orange. Or drink a glass of OJ. You can fool your body into thinking it's satisfied...lose the weight too!

HOLD UP! I want you to take a deep breath and learn to accept who you are. It is extremely dangerous to even think about losing more than 7 pounds in one week. Think before you do something drastic, and understand that you are a beautiful human being. Don't try and lose weight to impress someone else. I myself have suffered from anorexia, and I fear for you. Take care.
