hmm... that's too general a question... which country do you live in? different countries have different rules and regulations for libraries and borrowed books...

so, whichever country you live in, go to the nearest library or the one you want to borrow books from and tell them you want to borrow books but don't have a card yet. registration may or may not have a fee, there may or may not be renewal charges, and the number of books you can borrow may vary too--it all depends on which library in which country you're talking about. just make a list of all the questions you want to ask and ask them once at the library... good luck...

Sorry, the question doesn't make sense. I don't even understand what this has to do with homeschooling.

Are you asking about libraries and library books? What rules and regulations there are in libraries? It's going to depend on the library.

1) you make a card.
2) you borrow a book/ books and keep it in good condition.
3)you return the books.
