Humility - accepting when I'm wrong
Compassion - caring for others
Empathy - understanding other's point of view
Honesty - even when its going to cost me personally
Loyalty - to 'friends' and 'family' however you define those terms
Rationality/Objectivity - impartial, logical judgment
Courage - being afraid, yet doing it anyway
Humor - not taking myself so seriously I can't laugh at my mistakes.
Lastly.....
Integrity - actually trying to stick to this list
I VERY often fail at these things, but still, they are the qualities I work toward. All I want is to be able to recognize when I fail so I can learn from my mistakes - I just want to keep moving toward these ideals rather than away. As long as I do that, I'm happy.
Boy do I have a LONG way to go.

Avoid outright lies when possible.
Deception is fine as long as no-one gets hurt and it's funny.
Try not to hurt anyone who hasn't earned it and doesn't know any better (the latter only so long as they've done nothing perminent),
Help those who require help (if you're presented with them personally). Because there's no garentee someone else will.
No kicking puppies or kittens.
Try not to bring up other's spelling and gramatical errors (Or they'll bring up yours).
If they ask for it, it's only fair to give it to them.
Treat all stupidity with the same contempt, regardless of their origonator.
Never eat the last chocolate.
