She emails me once in awhile to say hi and one day she writes "we should go biking sometime". We are friends and have talked about biking and what not common interests in the past. She wants to be more than friends?

Why not take her up on her offer to go biking and see how you get on. If she doesn't ask you on a date, ask her yourself and then you'll know for sure if she wants to be more than friends or not

Well it's really hard to say if she want to date you right now but i can say that she certainly enjoys being with you and hang out with you.The proposal is definitely kind of suspicious but she as well ask you because she likes you as a friend.So don't rush in making any conclusions.

well the only way to find yout how she feels is to go bikini with her and there ask her how she fels about you.if she likes you more than a friend and if you dont mind than maybe your friendship can develope nto something more.
