I think she just like the feeling of knowing she still have the value and ability to charm guys if she wants.
Most of the time, it is for the fun of it, or she is having problem with her bf and now looking for someone else where she can divert her focus on due the her problem with bf. Maybe you can try talking to her about her bf, see what is her responses.
If she tells you that their relationship is real good, then she just loves to flirt to prove her value. If she got a prob with her bf, then tat is the reason, she just want to feel better about herself.
Whichever way, a girl with bf hitting on you just spells trouble
