I think it depends on your local church policy honestly. As far as I know a 13 year old can have a job, and long as it has few hours and they're non-school with no ehavy lifting etc. I don't know the specifics of what I presume is your state, so you will have to ask the church. An example of acceptable jobs for 13 year olds are paper rounds.
When you ask your church, if they say no, see if there are any other jobs you cn do for the experiance before you are an acceptable age. I strongly suspect there will be a few.

Absolutely but why would you want to be a preacher in a building when you could preach to the planet everywhere you go, and show by your love the love of God and of Christ. Let the Pharisees have their buildings. For Christ has stated "The Kingdom of Heaven is not in buildings of wood or stone, but turn over a rock and you will find me. Split open a log and I am there." (The Apocryphal Gospel of Thomas)

Seperation of church and state trumps child labor laws, or the first amendment means nothing. On the otherhand the bible is pretty explicit in stateing that woman can't teach ( I would assume that includes, um .. pre-women), see 1 tim 2:12, 1 corinthians 14:34, etc.
So, either way.
From a practical standpoint, how are you going to tell me of the word or god when you can't read it yourself?

In several places the Bible makes it clear women are not to preach, there are plenty of other areas a woman can serve but preaching is not one of them. I know this is unpopular but so are many thing God teaches us.
1Ti 2:7 Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, [and] lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
1Ti 2:8 ¶ I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
1Ti 2:9 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;
1Ti 2:10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
1Ti 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
1Ti 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.
1Ti 2:13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve.
1Ti 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.
1Ti 2:15 Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.
1Cr 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
1Ti 3:1 ¶ This [is] a true saying, If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work.
1Ti 3:2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach;

Okay Mary...this is the third question of yours that I'm answering and I've read and not responded to several others.
So, judging based on what I've read from you so far, I think you need to do A LOT more study and reading of the Bible and get a good, solid foundation in the Word before you move on to teaching it.
A good place to start would be in Children's ministries and then move on to Women's studies.
Personally, I adhere to the teachings of Paul when he states that a woman should not be the pastor of a church.
It's not because she is incapable of it, but because men won't be able to handle it.
Keep reading and studying the word and God will show you your path.

Truthfully, I don't have an answer to your question specifically. However, a person of ANY age can spread the Word of God. Keep doing what you're doing. . .
