If your single and have a friend that has borke up recently with theirs...it is probably best not to do that for the sake of your friendship, because they might get back together again.

Playing with an ex is like getting hit with 500 Volts.

Nope it's against the Girl Code. Unless you're madly in love with the person, stay away. It's usually not worth losing a friend.

Nope, Id never talk to my friend if she dated my ex. Even if it was I who left him. Put yourself in her shoes. That should help,

depends on the degee of this friend is to me, and I think sometimes, they parted because they are suitable for each other, and if this friend is a true enough friend, he/she will understand, and if you really love this guy/girl. why not?

doesn't it mean not being together with him/her, they can get back together.

not necessarily...though they broke up she still might have feelings for him. if you start going out with him it might trigger something inside her that might make her realize how much she really did like him and then she might get jealous and mad at you which can cause MAJOR problems. its just not a good idea

usually not ok. if they dated for a short amount of time and she doesn't like him.... then maybe, but only with her permission. Even so, I don't think its a good idea.
