You could buy the same dress in a larger size and get a dressmaker to alter it, either by fitting a contrasting, or similar panel.
The other alternative is to get something completely different for the pregnant bridesmaid.

How much are they looking to spend? Getting a dressmaker's not as hard as you think, but you have to go outside of the tradition "wedding" dressmakers, and find some old woman in your neighborhood who sews. Remember, the seams on the inside don't have to be perfect to make the dress look professional.
If you were to buy the fabric (taffeta generally runs about 6-10 dollars a yard at fabric stores, and for a long dress, you'd probably need about 4 yards), I'll bet that you could find a seamstress who would do it for you for $30-$50 in labor costs.
Good luck to you, and congratulations.

Have you checked David's Bridal? They are all over the country and they have a large selection for cheap. Or (my friend did this) have a party where all the bride's maids and their mothers come over and make the dress. Someone must have some sewing experience! This is where the grandmothers get involved and they love it.

try searching on eBay or alike, they often have everything you could need. Or buy the dress in the closest size to fit her and have it altered. Remember to have it altered as close to the wedding day as possible though or you may find that even with the alterations it won't fit her after just a few extra weeks
