I used to have a fear from dogs that I never noticed when that started, I went back in time and I did remember the incident but that didn't help a lot. now I am living in a city where the dogs are really friendly, slowly slowly, I am much better now, I can pass next to a dog without hearing my heart jumping out of my chest. fears r real, but so overcoming them could be. good luck.
