well people say that height doesn't matter to a girl which is not true cause height does matter to a girl and why do people lie that height is not important which is important to every girl and well if a guy is shorter then a girl then he has no chances with a girl at all cause of his height, i wish i was taller cause girls would like me but i am short and thats why girls don't like me...................... don't tell me height doesn't matter cause its not true, actually height does matter

Its not directly height -- its security and masculinity.
Psychology -- smaller/weaker guy makes the girl feel like a giant and gives no sense of security, whereas a larger/stronger guy makes them feel cute, petite, and feminine and provides a greater sense of security.
Height is relative... where you live and the average height of the area will influence whether or not you are perceived as tall or short.
But don't just blame it on height. I've seen the tiniest guys have every girls' attention and infatuation... its confidence, kindness, personality, and maturity that influences things more.

It's true height does matter. You don't even have to be good looking just tall. I see a lot of hotties with lenky looking "Lurches." Life isn't fair is it?
It's the whole daddy complex thing. Being tall takes them back to childhood.
Don't worry, money is the equalizer. Money will make you ten times sexier than any tall guy. In the girls eyes you'll look 100x taller. So go get some benjamins.

I like short guys, and short people in general. It makes me feel comfortable when someone is my height, I'm only 5'2. I think it's stupid when girls choose not to date a guy because of his height. A lot of girls like tall guys, I could careless about the height, but I prefer guys closer to my height. So no it isn't a lie, because I like short guys. I think a lot of the guys make it more of an issue than the girls do.

look it aint about the height different girls have different types . i am pretty sure that the miority of girls do find sum short guys cute but wont date thgem if there shorter because its embarrasing to them 2 be seen with a short guy . 2 me thats superficial . i think that it shouldnt be all based on height standards im 5'8 1/2 and ma hubby is 5'7 n i was the one who approached him . n ma ex was 5'5 but see i could care less whut ppl say . wut u need to do is find u real chik n leave those barbies alone . you'll be aite . good luck .

Oh, come on... you're only looking at this one sided. What about the reverse that happens where most guys are more interested in finding a girl smaller then them self and are not really interested in the girls that are taller and stronger (claiming that tinier girls are more feminine and thus attractive)?
Talk about hypocrisy!

It doesn't matter to me and I'm a tall girl.
I once met a short guy who told me I needed to get with him, we'd have lots of fun (he was referring to that horizontal type of fun) and when I asked him "why" he just winked and said "leverage!" I never forgot that. So be bold, be brave, take risks, stay strong. Actually that is a Baz Luhrmann quote. Work the angle on your shortness and learn how to use it. Girls CANNOT RESIST a confident guy.

It's just like saying : guys like only skinny girls with long hair .... Do you think it's true ? :)
Girls like tall guys because they love to feel tiny and safe in their arms .
I'm 5'9 and I allso preffer guys who are taller than me ...but ....
this one time I was with a man who was so self confident and masculine and SHORTER than me .
He really knew how to make me feel like a woman and even encouraged me to wear high heels when we were going out .So his height really didn't matter....it also had nothing to do with his 'size' ;)

Height does, in my opinion, attract women. But if you don't have the charisma to back it up then all bets are off. I'm a tall guy.

well actually, height does matter to me. but some girls date shorter guys. look for someone who is shorter than you, or someone who can get past the fact that you are shorter than her.

it does matter dear quaz, however it surely isn't the most important aspect of a guy which matters to girls... I'm sure u have other bright sides but you, yourself ignore them for just being short ... to telling you the truth, I even have seen girls dating with short boys... it matters but not THAT important... try to use other skills u have to attract girls
