It's those sharp triangles on those cucumber sandwiches! They'll get you every time. Don't ya know that Polident has that gasket grip? Head to the local drugstore first thing in the morning. Or wait until Wednesday to take advantage of the Senior Citizens' discount.

DON'T USE SUPER GLUE! Your problem is not uncommon. You probably have had this denture for many years now. As we get older, the structure of your mouth changes, the denture doesn't. You have two options, one is having it relined. The other is having a new one made. Depending on the age of the denture and how bad the fit is will be the Doctor's determining factor as to relining or not. Make an appointment and getting your Dentist advice is the first step. Most times the reline impression can be done first thing in the morning and you can get the finished denture back that afternoon. In the meantime, try using Polygrip or one of the other denture adhesive products on the market. Good luck and I hope I've been of some help.
To those who answered with the super glue response. Shame on you for even suggesting it. This could be your parent or grandparent needing advice. Or worse yet, someone who actually would use your advice and put super glue on their denture and in their mouth. I can't even imagine the problems that this could cause not to mention the toxic effect. This type of advice could cause serious problems to someone. Please think about what you are doing here. If you can't answer the question properly, then don't answer at all.

Maybe you need new dentures. Denture can loosen after a while. Go see a Dentist and get you dentures readjusted. You may need a new mold of your gums done so your dentures fit properly. You dentist could give you some solutions for you problem. Sometime dentures are hard to form to the mouth they may never fit right. I may just have to eat with out you dentures for now on. OR see your dentist.

if your denture is not fitting properly you may need them relined. Over time your bone ridges shrink and your once comfortable dentures hurt or will be loose. For the time being try an adhesive like polident or fixadent. DO NOT ever put super glue in your mouth! See your dentist for a reline.

They obviously don`t fit correctly. Go to your dentist he may re-line them (because your bone has shrunk) or he may suggest new ones depending on how long you have had them. Don`t use super-glue, blue-tack or any similar product. Well made properly fitting teeth should not really even need any bonder.

Reminds me of a date I went on... As she got undressed for bed, first off came the wig, then the false teeth, closely folowed by her glass eye. As she was unscrewing her wooden leg, she asked me if I wanted sex..'Sure, just fling it over here!' I said.

Come on Granny. You can't be that wise if you don't know how to stop your dentures from falling out when eating.
