My favorite Caroline B. Cooney is Hit the Road. And the reason I like it is because it is so different from some of her other work. It's contemporary, realistic YA fiction. It's very funny. A sixteen year old girl who has just gotten her license is coerced by her grandmother into taking a road trip. It's just hilarious. But I know it's not typical Cooney. My other favorite is Goddess of Yesterday. It is historical fiction set in Ancient Greece around the fall of Troy.

OMG!!!!! I LOVE CAROLINE B. COONEY!!!!!! I love the mini series of Janie. I think the face on the milk carton was the best out of all of them. Caroline B. Cooney has written a lot of good books and not so good books. All most all of them are mysteries. They are really good. I strongly recomend them.

I have read "The face on the milk carton", "Whatever happened to Janie?", "What Janie found" and "The voice on the radio" which is a great little series looking at what happens when a teenage girl finds she was kidnapped as a baby. It's good because it shows the repercussions and the emotional issues she has to deal with as she discovers who she really is.
I have read a lot of her others and enjoyed them, particularly some of her horror.

I have read a few of her books (The Face on The Milk Carton, The Terrorist, Emergency Room, The Ransom of Mercy Carter and a few others), she's an interesting writer, mostly horror and mystery. My favorite book of hers is, The Terrorist.
