You blame humanity for those things not God...
You should be asking humanity why it does what it does...
I will do it for you, Why humanity? why?
I have no faith in humanity, I have to believe there is something to make this better because humanity has proven it is a failure too many times....

I don't think the bible "sucks every single bit of joy out of life". I'm Christian, and am capable of having a good time without the partying, drinking, drugs, etc that others seem to need to have a good time. Also, God gave you his son, Jesus Christ, to die for your sins. That is why you should be thanking Him, because no matter what you do on Earth, no matter how big a mess you make down here, no matter how many sins you commit, as long as you believe Jesus Christ died for YOU and for your sins, you are saved, and you will be blessed with eternal life in heaven. That is the amazing part that we should be thanking God for, is for the ability to screw up so bad on earth, but still have him forgive us and accept us in his kingdom. I hope things improve for you in your life.

Creation never gonna be bigger then creator.
Don't blame on God for the things we do,insted ask your self:"What I can do to fix this things?." Once,a woman used a very spensive perfume on Jesus, and one of the apostles said:why she's doing it? Insted, she can sale the perfume and get a lot of money out of that and use that money to help the poors. Then Jesus answer: Let her do it,He said,Because you always gonna have the poor among you,but I just goona be we you for a short time.
So if you already realize that there is to many people in need, then help them insted of bleame on God for it.
Another thing,in the old testament, when people sin,God gave them an oportunity to wash that sin by killing an animal and offer it blood to clean up the sin,but people misunderstand that and starting to sin on porpuse thinking of:Oh,it's O.K. for me to sin,as long as I offer Him an animal's blood."
But the real problem started with Adan and eve. They sined.and every body else do too.So God give us a law. That low was to hard(Impossible to keep). The main idea was to show us that we need to be more then very good, and we have to realize that we always need God. After Jesus paid for our sins, we do not have to follow that law any more because even if we try it,we cannot do it,But we can follow Jesus exemple(Or at least try it),we have the oportunity to ask Jesus to help us,forgive us and ask Him to be our lawyer,1 John 2:1 "My dear Children,I write this to you so that you will no sin. but if anybody does sin,we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense--Jesus Christ, The Righteos One.
There is a lot of things I want to tell you,but I have not enougth space.(Plus I don't know how to type,so it take me for ever to type a single word, alsow I don't speak good English).
A friend of mine once tell me:"If you see something it's wrong, yet you do not have the will to do some thing about it(to fix it)you do not have the right to judge it alsow."
Believe me God is a good and lovely God. Please do not blame on Him for the things "WE" actualy do.
Forgive my bad English please.
I really hope I can talk to you personaly,or at least help you understand all this better.
My best wishes.
GOD BLESS YOU!

The God you see and the God that is are more different then you know buddy.
God gave us free will, we screwed up the world, he can't help us live in it peacefully but he can help us get to a better place.
And his instructions are far from senseless, its not as if he created them with no purpose, trust me, nice houses, women, money, none of that stuff amounts to anything.
What really counts is love, honor, and dignity, and thats what you get out of those instructions.

What lies ?
To know Christ is to know real Joy.
1Cr 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
2Th 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth [will let], until he be taken out of the way. 2Th 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
2Th 2:9 [Even him], whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
2Th 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
2Th 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
2Th 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

To tell you the truth, God doesn't need us humans. God is perfect. He doesn't need our worship, He doesn't need our praise, He doesn't need our sacrifices, and He definitely doesn't need our forgiveness. He will continue to be even without us. But because God is Love Himself, He wanted us to share in His love even if we don't deserve it. That's grace. And because God loves us so much, He didn't want us to become mindless worshiping robots, but gave us free will instead, which, unfortunately, we have used to cause chaos, suffering, strife, etc. in this world. It is not God's doing but ours. And guess what? If we repent, God will forgive us, so must we also forgive one another and all the past hurts we have felt.

God only loves humanity and wants what is best for us in the eternity run.(the longest run) If your child was constantly trying to put its finger in a light socket should you be sorry for smacking that child's defiant hand each time it insisted on doing it again?

We need God more than God needs us.
There is absolutely nothing we can do to add to Gods glory, what can i do to make God greater?
Every good thing in the world is Gods doing,

To say nothing of the evil diseases he has made, the famine and the babies starving to death. Although he could, he has failed to alleviate the suffering of the innocent.
