with kissing basically the hiv+ must have blood in their mouth, the other person must have an open sore, and one top of that the virus has to fight off saliva from both mouths and the constant movement in the mouth during kissing doesnt give the virus and ideal situation to infect.
Its theortically possible, but then again so is getting hit with lighting while walking outside.

No kissing is extremely low risk. Only open wounds would cause this.
If you are worried about it wait 3 months and get tested, but you are probably all right. If you are worried about a kissing infection there are tons of other nasty things out there that you may get by simply kissing. HIV is not one of these things.

No. Unless you both have open cuts in your mouth, there is not a chance. My boyfriend has had HIV/AIDS for 26 years. We kiss, have sex, everything. Being safe is the key. I remain uninfected. Here are some of my favourite websites. They might be able to help you. I also put the government fact sheet web address, so you aren't getting biased information.

researchers have detected HIV in the saliva of infected individuals, no evidence exists that the virus is spread by contact with saliva. Laboratory studies reveal that saliva has natural compounds that inhibit the infectiousness of HIV. Studies of people infected with HIV have found no evidence that the virus is spread to others through saliva such as by kissing. No one knows, however, the risk of infection from so-called "deep" kissing, involving the exchange of large amounts of saliva, or by oral intercourse. Scientists also have found no evidence that HIV is spread through sweat, tears, urine or feces.

No.
It takes a few gallons of saliva to have enough of this virus in it to be in numbers large enough to conquer a new hosts immune system.
