ignou i want to join bca plz give me a total procedure for joining?

i am diploma holder . i want to join BCA in ignou but i dont know what is the procedure ?i m from ahmedabad . suggest me what is the procedure to join ignou .

well ignou is situated just next to hiramani school on s.g. high way opp. nirma university. so go there and it is fairly big building.
