help bwt the app thing?

heyz,
i was recovering my computer with the system recovery disks for hp xp home edtion, it all went well till the last disk (disc 8) it couldnt copy the file app25667.exe so it couldnt go any further and the comp wont start up without it :(, is there a way i can download the file app25667.exe? for hp windows xp home edition?

Try cleaning the disk. It might be dirty, even a finger print can cause errors. If that doesn't work go to the HP website and they should be able to help you out.
