Set your alarm for 9AM or so and make yourself get up when it goes off, no matter how late you stayed up. You'll be tired but just do whatever you need to do to stay awake all day. After 8pm should be wind-down time. Don't do anything too stimulating. No computer, no tv, no loud stimulating music. Read a book, do a puzzle, take a bath, something nice and relaxing. It may take a few days to take effect but you should be on a better schedule in less than a week.

HAHAHAHA I'm trying to do the EXACT SAME THING, except because I'm in school and I can't sleep through my classes. What one of my teachers said is that if you go to bed later and later each night, eventually you'll come around and be going to bed/sleep at like, 9, 10 pm. But you need to do that gradually, yanno? Good luck! ^_^ hope it works! haha if it does, I'll definitely have no excuse for staying up late anymore haha

Again.... stress out your whole day....Try to meditate.. It worked for me.. And next thing you know you're waking up at 6:00AM.. Damn it feels good.

All you have to do is do it. Tomorrow night go to bed at a reasonable time and get up at a reasonable time. After a week our so it will become a habit.

You need to eat early and exercise. Exercise midmornings and you will get tired by evening. Perhaps a job can help exhaust you also.
