Every night at about the same time (2 in the morning) I get a burning pain just below my sternum. Having a little food or milk makes it better but I don't want to keep eating at night, don't want to gain weight. Ideas?

You probably are having some acid related problems like reflux or GERD or maybe even dyspepsia or PUD. Go see you doctor. Rule out the ossibility of a heart problem. Get an endoscopy. Some medications which can help are antacid like TUMS, etc., H2 blockers like zantac and Tagamet and PPI's like pantoprazole, losec, etc.

Get this seen to. It could be a hernia or an ulscer. Try Tums, they ain't as heavy on your tummy like milk so you won't gain as much weight. Massage may help the pain too hun. xxx

Sounds like a stomach ulcer. See your GP for safety.
