i have dark sopts all over my neck and breast and i dont kno what to do ive changed my lotion and soap but that doesnt sem to work please tell me what should i do!

There is no quick remedy, but the speed is dependent on how much you want to spend.
Fastest: Laser; ten treatments, 9 months$4000-6000
Faster: Microdermabrasion; one or two treatments, one month for healing, six weeks between treatments $375-600
Fast: Acid peel; three treatments, ten days per trtmnt for healing, six weeks between trtmnts $275-450
Turtle pace: bleaching, lightening or fading cream. There are many new ones that have come up in the past that smell good and are much more effective than skin lighteners of the past; a year $80-300
A most important part of your therapy is to always wear a good SPF 30!
Talk to an aesthetitian about your options. A dermatologist will do the same thing for triple the price. Good luck and have patience my friend. I've been there, but am now going on 12 years spot-free. :)

I've heard that can happen from changing birth control pills if the ones you change to have more estrogen that you're used to.
