I do not spend on second in my life worrying over whether my non-religious beliefs are wrong. Why would I be, when religion has been the basis of conflict throughout the ages. I believe in myself, I believe that I am responsible for all my actions both bad and good. I believe that it was me who decided to turn right one day when for ten years I had been turning left! I write my own destiny, not God. I do not begrudge anyone their beliefs, as long as they do not believe that God is the reason for all decisions in their life. God is not to blame for the bad, God is not the reason for good. YOU are! We are but a part of earth's life cycle. Acne you could say. We come from earth and back to earth we shall go. I refuse to believe in a God that has caused conflict throughout history.
I believe in me. I am responsible for all my actions and thoughts. Taken me half a life time to finally figure it out, but that's how I feel. Yes, I am Happy without relying on someone else for my answers.

Like most atheists (see above) I am perfectly happy with my belief system, although I wish I had time to learn more about eastern religions, alternative belief systems, and mythology. I suppose such knowledge could change my belief system, which would be perfectly fine with me.
My desire to constantly know more is the result of my method for forming a belief system, which is reason and evidence. People with such rational belief systems are usually open to new information all the time and will change their beliefs without skipping a breathe, if new evidence or a compelling argument is made.
Pascal was completely wrong when he suggested that everyone, even atheists and agnostics, should believe in god because they risk going to hell otherwise. His idea includes numerous silly assumptions, but perhaps the strongest criticism is that he is advising a fake belief, as if god can be tricked into thinking atheists and agnostics really do believe. Furthermore, belief systems are not casinos. We don't believe things because we hope to be right; we believe because we think it is true, whether it is based on faith, reason, or a combination. But we do not truly believe because we want a reward or fear punishment.

I'm a content atheist. I think I'd be more inclined to worry about the time I would have to spend at church every Sunday if I was a believer.
I know a lot of people think that all atheists and agnostics live in fear of the possibility that there IS a god, but i'm so confident that there isn't one that it really doesn't cross my mind very often.

I'm not atheist but nobody knows anything for absolute sure. Unless they have personally experienced it and it becomes fact. The idea that they wouldn't be happy is kind of silly. Mainly because happiness is a state of mind separate from belief's.

I think I am quite content and worry free in that regard. I do worry about my kids and the world they will inherit from us. I worry a fair bit about the rise of fascism, and the general mess that the country is in, and all kinds of other stuff - but it's all mostly mundane things. I am a simple person and for me that's more than enough to worry about.

I'm a very happy atheist, very happy. I do worry though. I worry that religious wienies are trying to push their unwanted beliefs down our throats.

I worry about it all the time, just like how I worry that Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy might actually exist and be conspiring against me.

I am generally a very happy person. Although I do occasionally have worries, they are never about my religious affiliations.
