When making a fist , curl your last three knuckles as you normally would , your index finger should point straight down to your wrist . then wrap your thumb over all four fingers . Try that its an older form of making a fist that concentrates on the first two knuckles .
Good Luck .

You need to toughen your knuckles up. Hit the back until your in some pain and quit until the pain goes away and then hit it again until your knuckles build calluses. Or wrap your hands before putting gloves on.

If you want to punch hard hit buckets of sand or something. In boxing, hitting the heavy bag is more about timing, movement and working on combinations. Treat the bag like a real opponent, move with them, strike them. You already have the ability to hit hard, you just need to work on technique and timing. I have always believe to hit hard, just imagine the person is water and punch through them.

Sounds like you need to wrap your hand with boxing wraps. These are used to compress the bones together to prevent damage. They are availavble from any reputable sports store!

Make sure your tape your wrists before hitting the bag. If you don't there's a good chance you will break your wrist on a miss-hit.
