No one group of people have all of the answers for any given problem. If we simply used the ideas of one people group and excluded all others, we might not have such things as blood typing, which a black doctor found. We all actually need each other.

It is a true situation the more u discuss on a topic u get more and more response and correct solution.
So, the Opinion of different kinds of people will really make a great effect on the result.
It is well known that every person thinks and manages situation according to his ability and normally two persons always differ on a topic.
So, Ideas and Opinions of diversity of Peoples should be encouraged.

ideas of diverse people will be diversed due to their different thinking it gives rise to different kinds of views opinions and view points which gives a wide range of solutions and its easier to see diffrernt aspects of each thing
