no, it's not healthy. it's called anorexia. and starvation. your potassium will become depleted. you will go into starvation mode and hang onto every ounce of fat you have stored. you will become faint and dizzy and not remember conversations. it's called fasting and it's not healthy in the least. your hair will start to fall out. your period will not happen. you won't be able to drive or stand the smell of food. you won't be able to walk in straight line. you risk having a heart attack or breaking bones.

An absurd and unworkable proposition.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Vitamins are just micro-nutrition; for us to survive, we need macro-nutrition too. You'll need carbohydrates, protein and fats to survive. Vitamins are just like the engine oil that makes the car engine run smooth. But a car engine needs fuel to run in the first place!

I cannot believe you could ask such a question. But you could get very sick. You need to have at least 1200 calories. I recommend a free web site that it is full of advice, slimfast.com
