If a man and a woman are enjoying a romantic, private meal, in which the two of them are kissing one another, it is sensual for one of the two to keep a little wine in their mouth so that the other can taste it when they are kissing. If this is what he means by "spitting beer" in your mouth then he is a little classless for attempting to do this in such a public area and with beer instead of wine.
If talking about anything worst [I could only imagine] then he has a really strange fetish which is certainly classless and disgusting.
