Actually His flood was justice for humanity and there is more to come. This time not as a flood but as righteous judgement and EVERY knee will bow.

I suggest "Blameless in Abaddon," by James Morrow.

It is part two of a trilogy (the first being "Towing Jehovah"). In this story, God is put on trial for his crimes against humanity.

The protagonist even gets to speak with Eve, Lot, and Job, as they state their case as to how they are victims of God.

Pretty amusing and educational stuff.

Don't forget criminal negligence, letting tens of thousands of people die everyday when he could save each one of them is pretty bad. Oh, and possesion of an illegal substance, technically he owns all the marijuana on Earth. And of course he's never showed up for court, even when subpoenad(sp?). And there's also tampering with evidence, if young Earth creationists are correct he's done a lot to cover up his deeds. The list goes on and on.
