I was trying to make mac-cheese but realized I didnt have any milk. I noticed a very old can of pet evaporated milk in my cuboard so I opened it up and took a swig. It was horrible and sour. Then to my horror...I noticed the can said 1996(not an expiration date but just on the label somewhere.

1. Do can goods spoil at some point?
2. Will I get e-coli or somethin?

canned foods do spoil.....youll probably find that you may be sitting on the toilet for a little while.....but if it was only a swig then you should be fine....
