I tried everything on the market. I'm 32 and I've been breaking out since I was 12 years old.
I started taking a good multiple vitamin with b complex with breakfast.
Evening Primrose Oil with lunch and Flaxseed Oil with dinner. It's really good for you and not that expensive.
Do a search on both of them and the benefits they provide over pharmaceutical options.
At night, I break open an evening primrose oil after using a mild cleaser on my face. I apply a generous amount to my skin and then take the rest orally as not to expose the oil to oxygen for too long.

I've been to at least 5 dermatologists in my life and not one addressed the fact that I had poor nutrition, didn't drink enough water, and that I had a hard time coping with stress.

My face is completely clear and the evening primrose oil is a great moisturizer that eats the yucky stuff in pimples instead of drying the skin.

To reduce pimples you have to reduce the reasons why you get them.
You must drink more water at least 1 and 1/2 liter of water a day reduce the fat and sugar in your daily food and always clean your face especially before going to bed,
One thing I always use is egg whites and fresh mint with small spoon of lemon juice and some powdered oatmeal . mix them all together and put them on clean face for 20 minutes.
The egg whites will minimize the large pores and the mint will clear any infection in the pimples , the lemon juice will reduce the oiliness in your skin which will eventually reduce the break outs and the oatmeal is to renew the skin cells.Use this mask twice a week and see the difference.

GOOD LUCK :)

Lots of people over 30 get acne. If normal creams and washing does not help, your docter can prescribe an antibiotic or isotretinoin. Tell your docter if there are certain times of the month or year that it is worse, what creams you have used, and if you have used any abrasive washes. Don't suffer, there is help available

I used to have a problem with pimples, but when I wass in my teens & it got bad my mom told me how to get rid of them. A bar of soap & warm water, it worked great for me & I still do it. Only one kind of soap works for me on that Irish Springs. I have tried others, but they don't work. I recommend that you use soap & warm water, see what happens.
