Well he'd better come back with an impressive bang otherwise same scenario as last time only this time he will be ignored by the vast majority. He will probably be considered another religious nut. and there are plenty of those. Times have changed so nobody is going to persecute him if he claims to be the son of god.

He will judge the living and the dead. if He comes back then its judgement day and we all need to own up to our sins. I think there would be a celebration for His return because he is the messiah.... the Son of the Almighty God.

i dont think he will be back ,there are a lot of people going around saying --have you found Jesus.
so the consencus is, that they have lost him somewhere,maybe forever ,because they have been saying it for a long time already

I don't think there's any real way for us to know (logically) if Jesus ever returns, it'll just have to be one of those things you have faith in, like Christianity itself.
