Love is, if you don't get to experience love then you're missing out on one of the best feelings a human can feel. To know you love someone unconditionally and that they love you the same way. How awesome is that...it would be a shame to miss out on something like that.

Arrange marriages in old days might have worked out but these days it's not even safe. You can't get married to a person who you don't know. Love marriage is AWESOME n SAFE and it mostly always works out. Get married to a person who's life is an open book to you who you know well enough you're gonna spend the rest of your life with this person so take some good time to decide. Know that you LOVE the person before you get into any kind of marriage preperations and if you truely love the person than don't think much. Love marriages are good and always work out YES you'll fight sometimes but fights only GROW love because they do get solved and it increases love.

Very typical question.
I think arrange marriage is better than love marriage, because our parents know us better then our self.
They find best match for us.
Few months ago, I also want love marriage, but after seeing the movie "Vivah", I get changed totally.
And other thing is that, 99% love marriage results in divorce after 2 to 3 years.
So, I suggest that "Arrange marriage is better"

hi larika ! i think first of all u have to find something to get closer with nall these traditions beared in our country.
First think about a marriage, love marriage and Arrange Marriage.
Marriage is not a Khel of Gudde and Gudiyaas kaa as our filmy dialouges but really it's not a khel.
marriage conduct i a way that u and ur partners must care o each others and also both have a feeling to share everything in
life whether it is belongs and not belomgs to both of u.
Secondly marriage is a Jeevan Bhar ka Saath not a contract to live with opposie sex bandaa or bandi and having all relational feeling only for formalities that's not marriage merely an adjustment with life.
Love mariage is too hard than arrange, because in this u have to
charge urself when ur partner needed u as ur the best according toto him or her and always willbe ready to keep hand in hand
Rishtaa with her/him.
Arrange is also a sharing of resource and memories with ur
partner he or she shouls obey ur's.
A Love marriage can make arrange if u and thoise persons belongs to u. If someone neglect or avoid ur relation and donot
wanna to marriage u with that person like most in this world, there many ways ae there.
First Cour Marriage. A Better choice and most couples use this .
Secondy Bhaagna. It' ranking is Second and Very few couples choose it because u haveto be string and bold to do this !

Hai quite interesting question! I would say both are not bad,then you may ask me ;what does make it bad or good?. The answer is, it depend up on how you get in to love marriage and the motive behind the arranged marriage.if you love someone only because he\she is fair then,when you come to the realities of life you will know that "Life is not a bed of roses".Like wise,arranging marriage because someone is very rich or to fulfil the will of your parents; that may not be successful.thanks

To my mind arranged marriage is better.
Justification: In love marriage only one-to-one (by heart) contact is there and many things remain hidden or untold. But in arranged marriage so many people (parents or matured) are involved and might have discussed each and every aspects of both sides, then a decision comes through.
This is my own opinion.

love marriage, coz u decide it by love and if anything happens, u stick by ur love. Arrange marriage is not bad too bcoz sometimes it works out and become love marriage, the thing is in arrange marriage, u discover after the marriage if u will be able to tolerate and love the person. In love marriage, love has been the source of your marriage.

Americans forget that love is a verb. They confuse it with Passion.
Passion fades. If you marry for passion, and the passion fades -- even if it was wonderful in the beginning -- is a shaky foundation for a life-long relationship.
If your parents love you and want you to have a well-matched mate, it can be a good place to start, but you and your spouse still have to do the loving, and make sure that you are also attracted to eachother!
If you love eachother (the love that is a verb) -- you will do the work of building a friendship and a home based upon kindness and warmth, support and generousity (of your time and energy). It is important for you to have an attraction, too!
Bottom line -- it is not about how you choose one another -- it is about how you treat one another after the choosing has been done.

Personally? I think a combination of the two is best. The parents should sit the child down and tell them 'you may pick from these men/women'. Let them pick,but from an 'approved' list.
Unfortunately,that... doesn't go well for the people who don't get picked.
I do have to say that I'm in an absolutely wonderful love marriage that I wouldn't trade for the world,though.
