O K, so what if we dont do any legal issues stuff he cant get in trouble can he?

If it is the issue of say, a 16 year old girl and 22 year old guy, that can lead to legal issues in the US (I don't know about other countries). He can be placed in jail if proper charges are levied.
Some people automatically assume that a man who dates a woman who is underage is trying to use her, as he thinks she does not have the experience and knowledge that would cause her to avoid him in the first place.

usually the ones that care are your family and they are just worried because they love you. such a large percentage of the time, an older man is using a younger woman in a disrespectful way to her. be happy you have people that care about you so much.

maybe because you're much too young? how old are you,anyway? do you really love him? have you thought about your future together when he gets older and you are still at the prime of your life? maybe people care because they really care about you. have you thought of it? on the other hand, if you really love each other, ignore the people around you. just be happy.

Yes he can, he can still be charged with contributing to the deliquincy of a minor. He needs to find a girlfriend his own age. And you need to find a playmate your own age.
