Make a move. Well first you should know what are his likes. You can dress up in a sexy way. You can make an eye to eye contact with him, laugh cutely and crack jokes. Have an image of being friendly and approachable so that he will notice you and maybe start a conversation with you.
Remember that most guys are not very comminicative and a lot of them are shy, so try to make them feel at ease. Also, do not show that you are too nervous or too excited. Just be confident and be yourself.

i am going through that too!! he used to notice me but i guess i took that for granted!! and also if he starts getting mean then ignore him and find another fish in the sea so he gets pissed and comes to u!!!
