one thing im not confused i know what i believe, do you?
a second thing i could see why i would have been pushed away by "christians" they made fun of me when i was little because i talked with a southern draw, they made me cry when i was younger and even now when i go to church every sunday and some weds they still treat me like an outsider, another thing half of yall on here just make things worse when yall try to "save" people...
a third thing, God didnt write the Bible men did through him...it could have ended up like a game of telephone if you have ever played that before,
and one more thing it never said that time back then was like it is now..

ps- evolution is taking place all around you, so open the eyes that God gave you!

in my opinion you dont have to believe every single thing in the Bible to be a Christian. its about Jesus and God, not Sodom and Gomorrah.

But yea I guess Unitarian Universalist.

You can either believe that the bible is from God or its not. If you believe that SOME of it is, then why would God write half a book? why would anyone want to write half a book.... there's no point to that.
If you believe that it is from God, then the bible says God CREATED everything..... evolution theory assumes that life evolved due to a mere matter of chance..
Some people think that God guided evolution, but that wouldn't make much sense...... according to them evolution took billions of years..... Since the bible shows that even jesus was able to cause hundreds of fish to appear out of thin air, when he fed the multitudes and also when his disciples were fishing.
It would be a waste of time on Gods' part to do this over billions of years... the bible also says that God used adam's rib bone to make eve.... that conflicts completely with evolution...
So its either one or the other. Evolution or Creation.... Well only Catholics support both..... they also allow Gay marriages..... and if a priest abuses a child he doesn't lose his position.....
Just info.

How can some one believe in some part of the bible? It is all from the same source.I was there " Like You",at one time in my life trying to cherry pick my way through the Bible. But it is all about Him, To think I would Have Him do it may way is very humbling indeed.

Why in the world would you want to combine what sounds wiccan with anything Christian? What are you trying to do create a new religion of Wicristians?

As much of the old testament was pinched from Babylonian texts and much of the teachings of Jesus was pinched from those who taught him, and those who wrote the original documents and teachings were not Christians, nor Jews... Who knows!

A cafeteria Christian.

If you want to really help yourself read, "Letter to a Christian Nation" by Sam Harris. It's a very short book that can be read in one night. It will enlighten your mind.

anything not fundamentalist. Nobody forces you to believe the bible word for word, and if someone tries to force you, RUN as far and as fast as you can
