i have a really bad habit of bringing up the past. i can't seem to get over it, no matter what i do. whether it be my boyfriend's ex-girlfriends, girls he has liked or complimented, arguments we have had, or just anything like that. i try to let things go, but it doesn't take much for me to get upset about them a couple weeks later. i'm really frustrated and i need some advice on how to just let things go!! :[ advice, not criticism. thank you.

If you don't let the past go. . . . then your boyfriend will be part of your past.

What's really more important? Guys don't put up with that crap.

usually if you're bringing up the past and you're upset about it, you have a 'woulda, coulda, shoulda' attitude... you wanted to have better comebacks than you did in an argument or conversation. best thing is to just get over it, cause it already happened and you can't change it. just relax, and be yourself...no worries!

i dink a lot of girls are like this..i know i was..we all have past..try to let it go..i used to bring up the past and always end up in arguments..after a while, i was like wat's the point? i can't change the past..but i shure let him know that i wasn't feelin wat he did before wen we were together.. vent and let it go..it will only hurt your relationship in the end..now the past doesn't cross my mind much..but when it does..i bring it up but i make shure i dun go too far. time helps..
