Fixing the nitrogen from air to form ammonia for fertilisers, explosives and nitric acid is one set of industrial chemicals from atmospheric gases. Oxygen from the atmosphere is also used in very large quantities to form alcohols, organic acids and other industrial chemicals containing oxygen.

Oxygen 20.95%
Argon 0.93%
CO2 0.033%

the remaining .007% is Neon, Helium, Methane, Krypton, N2O, and Hydrogen but their %'s are extremely small.
