If you are taking medication and am compliant yet still suffer from suicidal ideation, you need to make an appointment with the psychologist who prescribed the medication because the medication may need to be changed, or the dosage adjusted. You may need to try several different medicines and experiment with different doses.

You may also need to make an appointment with another psychologist, and another, and another, until you hit upon the right one who can help you find the right medication, and the right dosage.

Suicide permanent and irreversible. Suicide is not really about wanting to die, but about not wanting to live. "Right now, you just wait and see how things are gonna be".

Someday, when your head is much lighter

Someday, yeah, we'll walk in the rays of a beautiful sun
Someday, when the world is much brighter

I am sorry. I think the genetic roll of the dice is exceptionally cruel on some people. I can identify a bit with what you expressed.

I think that a fantasy is not a bad way to escape. (I can't tell you how many times I've punched someone in a day dream.) Thinking won't get you arrested. :-)

I have no good answer, except to say that mental stuff cycles. You may feel that way for a day/week/month, but you may also not feel that way later. And that even thoughts are habits. You may just be in the habit of thinking darkly. When it hits, try to distract yourself. If not by calling a friend, then by deciding to think of something else (what to plant in the garden, lunch tomorrow, the subject of the next sermon (or the last), the dust bunnies you need to get out from other the bed, a better answer than "oh yeah?"--anything).

Try to hang in there. I hope you have a counsellor as well as a pill-pusher. It can make a lot of difference.

You will always be told what you don't want to hear unless you change your own mind.

Call the suicide hotline! Talk to someone. Get a prayer partner.

Get a hobby, take up art, crafts or sewing, keep your hands busy. Read a book - not online - a novel or fiction or history book.

Go to the doctor and get your meds adjusted - this is just the depression talking -

I'm glad that you're telling the world how you feel - I will pray for you. I sincerely pray that you will feel better and no longer have suicidal thoughts. I'm sorry to hear that your brother committed suicide. You must miss him terribly. May God Bless you.

Maybe you are asking us to tell you what to do because you have suicidal thoughts, maybe you want someone to tell you how to die but natural death occurs when the body can no longer sustain life.

Suicide is just not acceptable to FAITHFUL Christians.

I know where you're at because I've been there. I am now taking Lexapro for my depression and it has really helped. Depression is hard to deal with because people who don't have it really don't understand it. Before I started on medication, I tried to deal with it by myself and was afraid and embarrassed to let on to anyone that I was having a problem. One thing that got me through when I really just didn't want to keep living was I would tell myself, "I'm not going to kill myself today." That might sound silly and dangerous to some people but it was my way of dealing with it until I could get some real help. Hang in there until you can get the right meds working for you. It really is a chemical imbalance.

Why you on here if you do not want to know. The you do not want to knows are exactly what you should do, if you not going to do it anyway, then stop the one person pity party and do what you want to do. Why insult people with your I do not want to hear BS, commit your self, this should be good, stay at least 5 yrs and when you get out, maybe you will feel better about taking some good advice.

Trust in God and in the power of prayer. Remember that he loves you and is there with you, even through all the lonliness. Talk to your doctor about your medications, maybe he can find a better "mix' to help you feel better. Also, try to find a good therapist. It may take require some trial and error, but trust me, once you find a wonderful psych doctor, it can make all the difference in the world.

Best of luck to you, and please contact me if there is anything I can do to help.

If you mean right now, then I suggest you do one of two things.

Call 911 now and go to the nearest ER. You need emergency inpatient psychiatric help.

or
call a suicide hotline.
The following link list suicide hotlines by state.
http://suicidehotlines.com/
a google search of "suicide hotline" has other web pages.

Even if you have no plans to hurt yourself at this moment, you need inpatient treatment. I would suggest you go to your local ER for evaluation or call your doctor now.

I will pray for you.

once you compromise for Jesus as your savior, you're saved from going to hell. you'd be with Him in heaven once you die or are raptured. when you consider that each and every man or woman `s sins were forgiven, those verses are chatting with individuals that imagine they are solid adequate to get into heaven with out believing on the Son of God. Jesus is the basically thanks to the daddy (heaven) when you consider that all of guy`s sins were forgiven, the basically problem that retains you out of heaven is your loose will. you may both believe on Jesus and be saved from eternal torment, or opt for now to not and struggle through for eternity.

911 right away. You need to get to an ER if you are considering doing this right now. If not you need to call your psychiatrist as soon as possible (page them!) and tell them you are having suicidal thoughts.
