I was wondering on some ways to get the tum tum some shrinkage, its not big or anything, I just want it.. you know, flat.

okie im a exspert at this.

First drink nothing with less than 30 cal. in it. water is the way to go. NO SODA. NO SODA NO SODA!!! crunches. pushups, running, situps, are all awesome. They help get ur abs on there way going. No eating when not hungry. Specially if ur bored dont eat. now u dont have to cut out sweet because everyone wants them tasty treats. but seldom im talking once every 2-3 weeks. honestly they'll through off it all.. if ur just sitting around get up and walk. dont be a girl who just is a couch potato. not cool. i promise. If youre the kindaof person who isn't active play sports. sports are def. a plus. by the way stay away from chocolot. really do. but there is a good kinda chocolot. white chocolot is VERRYYY healthy not MILK though.. well good luck and one more tip.

weight ur self at the begingin of the "diet" and then at the end of the week look and see how much u lost cuz it good. btw.lift some weights and ur set to go.

Well you should make some exercises in that area, laughing a lot also helps, believe me.

just don't weigh your self too much because muscle weighs more than fat!!
