Billions. How could someone answer that and not guess? There's no way to know an exact number of children alive at any one moment. Children are born almost constantly, and die almost constantly.

Only God knows the exact amount. Otherwise, it is a guess coming from any source you find, even if it is an educated guess. It's still a guess.
