where would a find the max fuel loads for all aircrafts airplanes

Try Jane's "All the Worlds Aircraft" . You can probably find it at Barnes and Nobles and certainly at the library. You can get it by Googling Jane's but you'll most likely have to pay for the info. It has detailed info on ALL the worlds aircraft including max fuel loads.
