Odds are, there is nothing wrong with your heart. This can definitely be due to over caffeine usage. It can also be a sign of bronchiolitis/bronchitis, which is basically a chest cold, and not something to get worked up over. I'm not sure if you do drugs or anything of that nature, but cocaine use can cause heart attacks or other related issues, in people in the under 30 years old range, that I have seen in our ER.

At fifteen, there could be several things. Indigestion, stress, caffeine, pulled or strained muscle, and yes even something very serious. When did it start, did you lift something heavy, play a rough sport, have an accident or fall? If the pain has persisted for several days or has gotten worse, you should see a doctor as soon as possible to be safe. At the very least you can be helped with the pain and at most if it is something serious, you will have caught it early.

I was going to say atherosclerosis or angina pectoris, but at 15 that is not likely. You need to deal with an internist who can do appropriate tests to see what is going on; I would proceed promptly on this, as some possible causes could be life-threatening.

It can be any number of things... If there is breathing issues involved, it is probably asthma.
Caffeine can cause the heart rate to speed up. If your pulse is above 100, you might be feeling that.
