dont let him check up on you too much because he might want to know ure every move. if hes jealous itll only get worse and if he confessed about being possessive you should b a little scared becuz if u do something to make him real angry he might hurt you so be carefull about what you do to make hm mad. hes falling for you too much if he says he loves repeatedly. and it also depends on how long youve been going out. if he knows that you love him back and you know the same theres no need for him to say it allthe time. itll come natural.

Guys like this tend to get WORSE over time.

I had a boyfriend once who was a little clingy at first. Then he started to demand things... like I had to call him a certain number of times a day. He wanted me to tell him when I was leaving the house. Eventually it got to the point where if I was at his place and he was mad at me he would hide my keys. He only gave them back when I picked up the phone to call my dad! It got worse and worse. I;d try and break up with him and he would cry and say he would get better but it just got worse. He even asked me to marry him with the same ring he asked 3 other girls with. Then he did the worst thing EVER and tried to get me pregnant by poking holes in the condom. This guy was a Lt. in the Air Force!

Run... they get worse.

2 red flags>jealousy & possessiveness are the worst traits.
And saying I love you all the time is an obsession & thats bad news too. I bet your already scared of him if you are thinking about leaving him.He is already controling you.Get out of this relationship now.And dont let him play the pity card on you either.

He is overly jealous/possesive. He is making sure there is no competition for you and reassuring himself that he loves you (and consequently, that you love him). He doesn't sound like he has alot of self confidence.

I admit, I can bea jealous guy, but I am determined to "beat" my competition rather than avoid it.

He seems like he's really passionate. You should tell him to lay off, in a nice way though. He might be too over protective to you, sweetie. But make sure you're nice to him. He might be "too" protective for you. Make sure he wont do anything fishy okay?

Depends on if he seems very insecure with your relationship. Does he get mad when you want to go out with your friends? Saying he loves you is sweet, but saying it ALL THE TIME is excessive.

these are signs that he is insecure and does not trust you, However, you are supposed to trust him 100 %. You need to step back and evaluate your relationship and make sure the trust is a two way street.
