Eat less and exercise more. After this Thanksgiving, I lost 3 kgs in 2 days just by doing that. No kidding.

never i mean never go on a diet
eat the way u like just prevnt fats
prevent snax at unusual time
maintain ur proper 3-4 meals a day
nice breakfast and light dinner
do not sleep immediately after dinner

also excersise = donot over do

depends on age and gender - but all ages can cycle
gyms good if u r not too young - if losing weight is at ernest
but man why do u want to lose 4kgs - u have a date - wanna fit in a dress - a beauty contest
u be the way u r 4kg makes no difference

Reduce caloric intake to 900/day, make sure they are HEALTHY calories, take a multivitamin, drink lots of water!!! and get active, at least 10,000 steps per day on a pedometer if you dont get to a gym should be sufficient and great for your health, check with your doctor about caloric needs before any long term weight mgt program.

Just eat fruits & veggies,have stuff like grilled fish and egg.Exercise daily 1 hour.Good luck

you can't. safely you can only lose about 1kilo a week. sorry to tell you this.
you can try however, by eating whole foods (nothing processed or fast food) and up your water intake instead of alcohol or soda pop.

well eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, eat low-fat diary foods and exercise a lot.

dieting...avoid sugar & red meat.. then do some jogging ,warm up exercises regularly.use tread mill if possible.
