No. It's never ok for a guy to assault a woman. Never! It's his job as a man to walk away from a bad situation like that. A man must use the least amount of force required to protect himself against an attack from a woman. It is his job as a man to neutralize the situation and prevent it from escalating. It's his job to be a man, not a mouse.
