Exercise might interrupt sleep because you body and mind are still in a agitated, active state.

Studies have shown you need at least 30 min to 2 hours after exercise in order to counter that.

If you feel really tired after excercise you have probably done a bit too much. Try doing a bit less and working up to more each week. Otherwise you are more likely to injure yourself (pull a muscle or develop some overuse syndrome like shin splints or sore knees).

This is especially common when just starting exercising again after a layoff. Give your body a chance to catch up and you will be surprised at how much you are able to do in a couple of months if you build up slowly.

Also, make sure you are drinking plenty and eating enough too.

It is okay to be tired and sleepy. That is just your body telling you it needs rest. Listen to your body and adjust your effort accordingly.

It's probably ok. I suppose it depends on how soon after exercise you do so. It's probably a good idea to let your body cool down first, maybe do some stretches, and everyone would thank you if you took a shower first. After that, knock yourself out!

No, it is not good for our health because after doing exercise our blood goes to our hands and foot and if we will sleep it will not good for our digestive system.
