ok so i like this girl and she knows,shes shy but my friend says she said shell talk to me but i gotta talk first cuz shes shy and i do sometimes but her never starting a convo wit me kinda confuses me on wether she wants to talk or not, advice please

heh, just try to actually say hi once in a while, like during lunch. try that, and shell warm up to you.

I liked this boy when I was in 6th grade (im not sure how old you are?). We were in different social circles, but I had a class with him and thought he was really sweet and thought he might like me. He was VERY shy and whenever I tried to talk to him, I froze up. I started sending him letters (put in his locker) and started a dialogue there. He wrote back, and so on... It broke the ice. Maybe she just needs to know you a little more but it freaks her out to talk to you face to face. Try writiing her a letter, she can get to know you without having to confront her shyness.

Ask her for her phone number. Sometimes it's easier to talk on the phone for someone who is shy. Ask her when it's a good time to call. Maybe she'll be more comfortable that way.

Step up and talk to her sometimes it takes time for the shy ones to step up too, Be patient and if she likes you she will come around, and be persistant with her in conversation. Make her talk to you

when you do get a chance to talk with her ask her if she likes it when you converse with her?ask her for your self why she doesn't star up a conversation with you?be honest and tell her the way you feel.
