Insist on buying dinner all of the time? Even When I'm the one who says "lets go out." The other day she took my Card away from me until the waiter got back with the reciept. Why doesn't she want me to pay? Granted she makes more $ than me, but I don't thaink that's her only reason.

I usually pay for the first date because I don’t want the guy to expect me to spend the night with him...or him feeling like he owns me something so I better do something in return.
But with her I think she likes you alot and she has fear of losing you..and may be she wants to be helpful as a friend to take care of the bill for you because she makes more money than you do.
I think the right thing for you to do is to take control and tell her that you want to pay from now on. And don’t just offer just do it.

Maybe she is a control freak, Some women can be that way and not even realize they are being that way
