Ok when we're laying down like spooning or just snugglin he's always telling me that my breathing will spike like my breathing pattern changes if you where a guy what would it make you think if a girl did this when you where spooning or something because my b/f acts like its a signal or somethin and when he asks me about it i say i dont notice it (cause i dont) and he says something like your giving me mixed signals!!
So what would you think if your girlfriend/love did that?

He is making up stuff thinking he has it all figured out. Hes young, inmature and a bit retahded sweetheart. Sadly, this will all linger as years go by.

If there actually was noticable changes in a girls breathing that could be taken as a sign that you were turned on, ie u had a shortness of breathe. However you say you didnt even notice, my guess is hes anxious to get some action and by perceiving that your breathing increased, that you were somehow turned on and hes disappointed that hes not getting any. If hes not getting any and your not planning on giving him any, any time soon, make that clear so he doesnt make his "mistake" again.

you and your bf dont know anything about mixed signals----a variation in breating is not a signal---its a shift in positions that require a tightening of the midsection to move from one spot to the next.
