All of the 4-5 tallest buildings are now in Asia. I believe the tallest is in Indonesia - whoops, see link for debate on skysscrapers with TV antennas. Several tall buildings are still under construction.

Sears Tower I thought was the tallest but after checking with a couple of sites I found that I was wrong.
