Step 1: Disolve salt in warm water
Step 2: Dip a washcloth in the water and leave it on the pimple for 5 minutes
Step 3: Dab the pimple GENTLY (It should pop but if it doesn't DO NOT PICK AT IT)

I can tell you what not to do...DON'T rub it. That just agitates it and makes it even more noticeable. If you have one of those tiny pimple-remover tools, use that. If not, you can take a shower and pop the pimple, then wash your face. Gently dry it when you get out and leave it alone. If you have some apply some anti-acne cream. Good luck.

appropriate now my epidermis is totally sparkling, for the 1st time in 3 years. that's been approximately 9 weeks and all my zits is long gone. that's that this variety of great feeling to awaken with sparkling epidermis. Holistic zits medical care instruction manual?

try using ProActive or facewash or something. works for me (proactive works best in my opinion)

sometimes a really warm/moist heat pack,directly on it helps me.
