The Terrible is one of the toughest double centuries California has to offer. It has temperatures of over 100 degrees, and over 15,000 feet of climbing, most after the first hundred miles. It starts at 5:30 am, and ends at 10:00 pm

Around November I promised that I would complete this ride.
Well, I've been getting good riding in, 70-100 hilly mile Saturdays, and commuting otherwise, and have been getting magnesium and calcium, but I know I am missing a lot.

My question is: How else can I prepare for this ride?

Sounds to me that you are well covered. Lots of aerobic threshold (pant pace) training. Along with the magnesium and calcium add a bit of potassium (bananas or tablets).Try experimenting with what your eating every hour (on your rides of course). Energy bars lollies etc Different things work for different people. An energy drink in an extra bottle or at one quarter strength in your water (full stength only, will make you sick) is a popular pick-me-up.

get a USCF license and race as much you can...

your base sounds excellent...
racing will make you twice as fit and strong...it is amazing what racing at 27mph will do for your fitness...you can soft pedal along in a pack for hours and get much more fit than riding as hard as you can for the same amount of time....it teaches your muscles enhanced electrical timing
