I'm doing a research paper, so thank you for your time in answering.

As a Christian, do you believe that aliens really exist?

Does the bible mention anything about aliens (entities not from our planet)?

And if aliens DID land and visit earth, would this disprove the bible itself?

Thank you in advance for your honest answers!
This is a legitimate question, and I hope to hear your thoughts!

I personally do not think aliens exsist. I believe God made man a special place in the entire universe for their habitat. The rest of the Universe is there for us to see the glory of God.

However, I do not think it is a major theological contradiction to believe in intellegent life in other worlds. Yet the Bible makes a unique claim to our existence. This may be a bias though of the writers of the Bible and the culture they were immersed in.

If aliens landed on Earth, they would probably be shocked that every human didn't believe in God and the Bible that he gave specifically to us on Earth.

In this paper spend sometime discussing what you mean by the term "aliens" If you search the Bible you will of course find the term "alien" in reference to those from a foriegn land. Also, are you focused on life somewhere else on the universe or intellegent life. These are two very different concepts.

I do think there are aliens. There a book called The Twelfth Planet that explores the idea that the men of old, the men of renown mentioned in the book of Genesis were aliens. It is a nonfiction book. Who knows what all is out there? I don't know that aliens landing here would disprove the Bible. If God created the heavens and the earth, I think that would include any extraterrestrial biological entities.

I would tend to think that aliens exist, but if YOU were an alien would you come here?

The OT mentions of a prophet with no name, place, or birth.

If aliens did land and visit the earth it still does not disprove the bible. Could be POSSIBLY their religion. (So in THAT THEORY would make even more credible...)

its NEVER said in the bible one way or the other but to me its very clear that mankind is on earth so if there is anything out there its
something else and none of our business. Gods in control of everything
whether here or there...

now there are other beings in the bible and some we dont quite
know what they are, I.E angels...a few strange looking beasts
and such but its clear they are under Gods control..and have
to do with the END of the earth or ministrations(angels) going
on right now.

and remember satan was once and angel of light with powers of
his own, he is also called the deciever so he can appear or
make to appear many things that are not real...

Aliens to the Earth?

No, you are wrong. The Bible states very clearly that God is not made from the earth of was created by anything. He is in effect alien to the Earth. So we and everything else was created by an alien. And all the angels and devils alike are aliens. All things not of this earth are aliens.

I hope that I made that clear to you.

1.Yes

2.Not directly but this scripture can be interpreted you include aliens:
Matthew 7:3-And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
God didnt make us for use to worry about the aliens; He made us to give Him glory, honor, and praise.Besides the aliens probably have probablems of their own,and dont have time to fool with us.

3.No

I think the bible mentions something about aliens (meaning of a foreign land). I have often wondered about other foreign beings.
